About Erin

Many of my clients have been told they are “too much” and struggle with exhaustion as they attempt to meet the expectations of those around them while minimizing their own needs.  I walk alongside individuals who are looking to tame feelings of anxiety or depression. Sometimes this work includes discussing difficulties with focus or staying grounded in relationships.  It may center around parenting responsibilities or relating to career/academic goals.

I help clients identify their strengths, their values, and their needs, so they can build a life filled with peace and fulfillment that is uniquely their own. I have experience working with school-aged children, teens, adults and the elderly.  I have worked in school settings, inpatient treatment centers and outpatient mental health programs.

I am an ADHD certified clinical services provider, and I have received additional training in child and adolescent mental health, and addiction counseling and prevention.  I am a lifelong learner who eagerly seeks out the best treatment options for my clients. I earned a bachelors degree in social work from Arizona State University in 2004.  After gaining years of life and work experience, I earned a masters degree in social work from the University of South Dakota in 2020.  I completed a graduate certificate in addiction counseling and prevention in 2022 from the University of South Dakota.  I am licensed to practice clinical social work in the state of South Dakota.
