About Melissa
I believe that healing begins with feeling seen, heard, and understood. I provide a supportive and judgment-free space for individuals ready to make a meaningful change in their lives. My work centers on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), helping clients identify the connections between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to create lasing growth and change.
With a focus on authentic connection and practical tools for real-life change, I work collaboratively with each client to uncover patterns, build resilience, and foster self-awareness. Every person’s story is unique, and together, we’ll create a path that honors yours.
I specialize in working with individuals navigating addiction and the challenges that often accompany it – including anxiety, depression, and self-esteem struggles. Other areas I often work with include stress management, communication skills, LGBTQ+ support, personality disorders, codependency, and relationship issues.
My goal is to meet you where you are, offering guidance, accountability, and compassion as you move toward healing. Change takes courage, and you don’t have to do it alone. If you’re ready to take the next step toward a healthier, more balanced life, I’m here to walk that path with you.
