Meet Dylan
Life can be challenging, and it can often feel overwhelming when navigating it alone. My goal is to support you in becoming the person you want to be and to walk alongside you throughout this journey. Life’s path is full of unexpected obstacles and transitions, and I’m here to help you navigate them.
I hold both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in social work from the University of South Dakota. My experience spans across a variety of settings, including inpatient and outpatient mental health and addiction services. I’ve had the privilege of working with adolescents and adults in individual and group settings, both in person and via telehealth. In addition to being dually credentialed in mental health and addiction therapy, I have specialized training in grief and loss counseling.
What I value most about therapy is witnessing and being a part of the positive changes my clients make in their lives. I use a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed care, and other integrative modalities. Each person is unique, and I tailor treatment plans to meet the specific needs of every individual. I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and positive change, and I look forward to embarking on this journey with you.
