As a Licensed Professional Counselor with nearly 10 years of experience, I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, OCD, and depression, as well as other more general mental health concerns using evidence-based approaches tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals. I mainly work with adults and older adolescents, and I have a history of working with incarcerated and justice-involved clients. My therapeutic work is grounded primarily in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Exposure Therapy\u2014approaches that have demonstrated significant effectiveness in treating these conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have received considerable training and maintain continuous supervision in ACT to help me do the best I can for my clients. Additionally, I’ve completed training and education in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Metacognitive Therapy (MCT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), allowing me to draw from multiple evidence-based frameworks to best support your unique needs. I’m committed to continued education in the field to stay current with the latest research and therapeutic approaches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
